Spirit & Sound was founded by Sharon Watmai to bring communities together through talent, faith, and creativity, while creating safe and inspiring spaces for individuals, especially young people and those from underrepresented backgrounds. Shaped by her own experiences of feeling unseen, unheard, and uncertain of where her voice fit, Sharon recognised a wider need for spaces where gifted people could be supported, developed, and given the opportunity to be heard. Spirit & Sound was established to meet that need by nurturing confidence, encouraging creativity, and empowering individuals to discover their gifts, grow in purpose, and use their voices meaningfully.
